A bed can be so much more breathable and comfortable by simply adding an organic mattress pad or topper. Or you may want some moisture control.
How do you know which type you need?

If you want extra softness, breathability, and natural resistance to bacteria, mold, and bugs, you’ll love our EcoWool toppers available in 3", 4", 5", and 6" thicknesses. Each one is hand-tufted for a plush, featherbed-like feel and made with multiple layers of pure, carded EcoWool—or Certified Organic Wool if you prefer. (Both test pure.) Note: wool naturally compresses about 25%.

If you prefer a firmer, futon-style feel, we can add layers of needle-punched organic cotton.

Another great option is our organic latex core topped with EcoWool felted insulator layers for added comfort. Choose your thickness to create a simple mattress, futon, or shikibuton.

You can also order toppers with a pure EcoWool outer—no cotton—offering even more breathability and natural liquid resistance.

All products are handcrafted in our Southern California country workshop by just two dedicated sewers in a toxin-free, natural home environment. We even use Lemon Essential Oil instead of standard machine lubricants to ensure purity.
